Deep breath... exhale... repeat... I still can't put my thoughts together... damn this book! This should come with a warning sign: Do not read/listen in public!
I can't remember when I cried over a book so badly, the story just ripped out my heart... So emotional, so angst and so damn perfectly written. I swear the 'Roommate Duet's' will be my death.
This duology took me completely by surprize, I wasn't ready for this emotional breakdown.... The story is a big cloud of emotions: love/happiness, loss/heartbreak, strong friendship/family, shock, unbearable pain & hope, insane tension, its fun, sarcastic with surprising twists and don't even start with a bickering between the characters....
The story of Hunter, Lennon & Brandon hooked me from page one till the last words. Hunter is just a new specimen, he was just perfect (with his imperfection and being a huge asshole in the first book). All the characters are unique (the sisters and the boys) and love them all! Even if I was rooting for Hunter from page one, I just couldn't hate (even dislike) Brandon & Lennon's relationship.
Hunter & Lennon's story hands down has become one of my all time favorites in this genre!
Its a MUST READ, can only recommend!
Now I can't wait to read the whole Roommate Duets! So impatient to read the story of Mason & Sophie and Liam & Maddie! But honestly, I'm afraid... If the following duologies will be even half as good/heart-breaking as this one, I might need an ambulance, my heart have its limits....
